Our Ringback and Textback options ensure that you are never left out in the cold. If you’re calling from a club or room at home without a roadside view, simply request Ringback / Textback when you book and your number will be stored on our system.
When your vehicle arrives your landline phone will ring twice to let you know your car is waiting or, if you have supplied a mobile number you will receive a text telling you your vehicle is on its way. It also gives you the option to track the taxi to your door and notifies you when it has arrived.
